Our strength is the production of complex turned and milled parts with high demands on every dimension and every gram. We manufacture our adapters, fittings, couplings and much more from high-quality materials such as aerospace aluminum, stainless steel, peek plastic or titanium and, thanks to our well-stocked raw material warehouse, we are able to respond quickly and reliably to any application. In order to be able to guarantee confidence in our work, we are continuously expanding our machinery with the most modern CNC machines and the latest technologies - in line with the motto "Manufacturing 4.0".

 Machinery

To offer our customers even more flexibility, we have our own electroplating facility. This is the only way we can guarantee our promise of the shortest delivery times in our industry and control and monitor every customer order from order placement until shipment. Due to the complex application areas of our products, surface coating also plays an important role, which we have now been able to optimize by adapting our plant specially to our requirements - because for us every µm counts.

Our Krontec line systems are tested under extreme conditions and checked by specialists! For more than 30 years, we have specialized in handmade line systems, entirely according to customer requirements. In order to be able to guarantee our customers absolute safety on the race track, each of our lines is subjected to a 100% test, a pressure test and, if desired, (technical) cleaning and flushing before delivery. The product range extends from brake, oil, fuel, pneumatic and hydraulic lines to special solutions for cooling hybrid systems.

From hand bending to CNC bending - every special application made us expand and deepen our know-how. With the help of our own developed techniques and processes, we bend fittings in a wide variety of sizes, shapes and radii exactly to customer specifications. Over the years, we have been able to apply this knowledge to a CNC-controlled bending process of pipe systems and have thus once again grown in our flexibility which is another benefit to our customers. Being the fastest is also our Prio 1.

None of our products leaves the house without passing our quality department. State-of-the-art measuring technology as well as numerous test procedures enable us to check even the smallest dimensions and deliver precise results. Thus, we are optimally positioned for the growing demands on documentation and traceability and offer our customers the desired security on paper as well. We guarantee this through regular certification according to EN9100 and ISO9001.
